Inclusion of the applicable Davis Bacon Wage Rates Updates 06/06/2024: Amendment 0001 is hereby posted to update the repsonse date for the site visit scheduled on June 11, 2024. Vendors interested in participating in the site visit must submit interest to the CO/CS by 1700 EDT on June 7, 2024. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for the BIL funded PHX Base Building and P50 TRACON Upgrade Fire Suppression, Fire Life Safety System and Leak Repairs located at Phoenix, AZ. The SIR/RFP is posted in accordance with FAA Acquisition Management Policy, Section 3.2.1.3.11 Public Announcements. Review all attachment pertaining to this solicitation prior to submitting a proposal. This announcement is not intended to guarantee procure of the services, and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to enter into a contract. The Government is not liable for costs associated with the preparation, submittal of inquiries or response for this announcement and will not reimburse any vendors for cost incurred in responding to this public announcement. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $4,000,000 to $7,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
