Tarrant County is requesting quotes for HySecurity SlideDriver Gate Operator with turn-key installation. The awarded contractor is to provide all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the gate/fence project located at the Tarrant County Green Bay Jail Facility, located at 2500 Urban Dr., Fort Worth, TX 76101. The award will be based on the lowest bid meeting specifications. Concrete work: The contractor is to Patch all existing holes and install a concrete pad approximately 20" x 36" for the gate operator. Install two concrete bollards, painted yellow. Operator: HySecurity SlideDriver 50VF Field Adjustable 2.2 or 3 ft per second. Plus emergency fast operate single phase 208/220V. HySecurity HY-5A plug-in loop detectors. Drive rail for the operator on a 30' gate. Electrical: The data wire is terminated in security control and rolled up in the riser room at the SW corner and needs to be pulled to the controller. Power needs to run 200 ft to the operator from the electrical room. This contract intends to award to Contractor(s) who will be performing the scope of work with their own hired staff. If required to complete requested services, the Contractor is responsible for securing all needed permits to fully comply with any federal, state, or local requirements. The awarded contractor will be responsible for the cleanup of debris and markings on concrete resulting from work while completing services in this Quote. The awarded contractor is not to use Tarrant County dumpsters to dispose of any refuse. The awarded contractor shall be responsible for replacing, at no cost to Tarrant County, any damages incurred during the completion of services under this Agreement. Work for this project can be completed during normal business hours and have contact with the Building Manager upon arrival each day of work. AWARD WILL BE ALL OR NONE.
