Architect Project No: 24-021 Project Location: Westwood Drive, Crowley, Louisiana 70526 Project Description: Project Consists of the Installation of New Variable-refrigerant-flow HVAC Systems (Mini-splits) for Multiple Living Units at Housing Authority Site LA 29-6A. Project Cost Range is Anticipated to Be Under $550,000.00. Construction Contract: Bids Will Be Received for the Following Work: General Contract (All Trades). Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after opening of bids. Bidders Must Be Properly Licensed Under the Laws Governing Their Respective Trades and Be Able to Obtain Insurance and Bonds Required for the Work. Direct-expansion (DX) VRF HVAC system(s) with variable capacity in response to varying cooling and heating loads. System shall consist of multiple indoor units,outdoor unit(s), piping, controls, and electrical power to make complete operating system(s) complying with requirements indicated. 1. Each system with one refrigerant circuit shared by all indoor units connected to system. B. Electrical Components, Devices, and Accessories: Listed and labeled as defined in NFPA 70, by a qualified testing agency, and marked for intended location and application. Work shall be substantially complete within two hundred ten (210 ) calendar days of the "Notice to Proceed".
