Reference Number 0000264717 Inquiry Deadline: 5 business days prior to Submission Deadline The purpose of this Request For Proposal (RFP) is to obtain submissions from prospective Vendors to identify a primary and a secondary Contractor to provide the described supply and installation of new electronic surveillance systems, design work and site investigation services on a when and as required basis and for Manitoba to enter into an agreement with the Vendor whose submission is judged to best serve the interests of Manitoba when evaluated in accordance with the stated criteria. Provide the equipment and installation of electronic systems as designed by STA. Comprised of but not be limited to CCTV Systems, Access Control Systems, Intrusion Systems, Intercom Systems, Duress Systems and General Electronics, on an as and when required basis, initiated by request from the STA designated representative. Provide designs using the visio software for new or enhancements to existing CCTV Systems, Access Control Systems, Intrusion Systems, Intercom Systems, Duress Systems and General Electronics, on an as and when required basis, initiated by request from STA designated representative. Provide Site investigation on new or existing CCTV Systems, Access Control Systems, Intrusion Systems, Intercom Systems, Duress Systems and General Electronics, on an as and when required basis, initiated by request from the STA designated representative. Agreement will be in effect from the date that both parties sign the Agreement up until March 31, 2026.
