Renovation of an educational facility in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Scope of work includes replacement of metal wall panels with fully adhered thermoplastic single ply membrane; the Kalwall curved skylight and end walls as indicated on the Contract Drawings. Kalwall replacement includes remove and dispose of the existing Kalwall panels approximately 8,000 SF; provide new Kalwall panels in accordance with Manufacturer's installation instructions. All new sheet metal accessories, flashings, gutter and downspouts associated with the installation of the new Kalwall assembly are required.
