Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Napanoch, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; transportation facility; for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.

This project generally includes the rehabilitation of Taxiway A North (2,750 LF X 35 LF) and three taxiway connectors from the apron to Taxiway A (9,000 SF), installation of a new Taxiway Connector (5,300 SF) and removal of existing Taxiway Connectors B & C (19,000 SF). This project also includes excavation and pavement installation, crack repairs, asphalt milling and overlay, pavement markings, reconfiguration and installation of signage & edge lighting system, underdrains, and grading and drainage improvements. The project will be bid as a Base Bid only. Prevailing wage rates apply. Contractors must be bonded and insured to the level indicated in the Contract Documents. A Federal DBE participation goal is included in the Contract. The project is sales tax exempt. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price (combination of base bid or alternate bid plus add-on items) for the contract in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Preparation of Proposal. Pavement Markings 8. Turf Restoration The project is to be completed in 32 consecutive working days to allow the Contractor to complete all the items previously described.
