Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Saint Joseph, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

**As of April 25, 2024, project was awarded to Arnt Asphalt for Milton Park is $49,950 and Riverview Park is $12,000. The start and completion date has not yet been determined. This RFP is to secure a contractor to perform selected removal and reinstallation of asphalt paving at two City-owned parks as specified in the "Request for Proposals." Submit bids in a sealed envelope labeled "Park Paving Project" and mail or deliver to the City Clerk's Office, St. Joseph City Hall, 700 Broad Street, St. Joseph, Michigan 49085. The City of St. Joseph reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities in bidding and/or to accept the bid or bids should it consider same to be in its best interest. Scope of Work & Bid Specifications: a. Milton Park is located at 1524 Niles Ave., at the comer of Niles Ave. and Winchester Ave. See attached Exhibit 1 for layout of the park and areas included in the project. Exhibit 2 is an alternate layout to be bid separately. b. Riverview Park is located at 2927 Niles Rd., with its entrance road bordering Riverview Cemetery in the far southeast comer. Woodbine Lodge can be found near the center of the park next to the playground. See attached Exhibit's for layout of the park and Exhibit 4 for the layout of the specific project area. All work on this project must be completed by August 30,2024
