Renovation of a municipal facility in Troy, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of April 25,2024 has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Scope includes, but is not limited to, replace all exterior windows, replace designated door hardware, replace portions wood wainscot paneling, reattach wood guard rail at third floor courtroom, patch and restore portions of woodwork (filling, sanding, staining and painting), and provide new security checkpoint millwork, and provide new soffits, ceilings, signage and finishes in designated areas. Electrical Work: Scope includes, but is not limited to, replacement of existing courtroom lighting with LED lighting, providing dimmer switches for lighting, and providing undercarpet raceway for power/data for lawyers tables and witness stand. Successful Bidders shall conform to the Ohio "Schedule of Prevailing Wages". The bidder may access the Ohio Department of Commerce, Wage & Hour Bureau at its website for current edition of wage rates. A Bid Security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit, or surety company bond pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised code in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall accompany each bid; or a bid guaranty bond in accordance with Chapter 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code in the amount of 100% of the total bid shall accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities, irregularities and/or errors in the bids to the extent permitted by law. This includes the right to extend the date and time for receipt of bids. Estimate of Construction Cost: $ 4,500,000.00
