Reference number : 1812308 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-03-04 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: Yes, via the SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months): 18 The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forests (MRNF) wishes to award a construction contract for the restoration of sand pits under the responsibility of the State in the MRC of Minganie and Sept-Rivières. The MRNF must restore its inactive sand pits, in violation or at the end of their life as provided for in the regulations on quarries and sand pits. The work will be carried out under article 42 of the Regulation respecting quarries and sand pits, it will include the leveling of the land, the elimination of waste, the decompaction of the soil and revegetation. The bid must be submitted by an entrepreneur having, in Quebec or in a territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement, an establishment where he carries out his activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified in his name and accessible during normal business hours. The contractor must also have the required licenses from the Régie du Bâtiment du Québec. This contract begins upon signature of the contract and ends on September 30, 2025. The work begins on the date set by the representative of the Minister who notifies the Contractor in writing and must be completed no later than September 30, 2024.
