Project Description: This project will consist of the removal, construction, on-site delivery, excavation, off-loading, and placement of one double pre-cast concrete vault restroom at Lake Hattie PAA. Bidding questions shall be submitted on the Public Purchase website by 1:00 p.m. MT on February 29, 2024. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 1:00 p.m. MT on March 7, 2024. Questions received after 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on February 29, 2024, will not be addressed. All bids must be signed and uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 1:00 p.m. on the due date indicated in the document. If your submission has not completely uploaded by the 1:00 p.m. deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process. If you have not yet registered on the Wyoming State Construction Public Purchase website, and are interested in this bid, register immediately to avoid last-minute processing delays. Activation of your registration may take up to 24 hours. Each project valued equal to or above $150,000.00, a bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. The Procuring Agency will release the bid bond if the bidder is awarded the contract; when the contract is executed; and when all additional documentation required by contract is received and approved.
