This is a Request for Bids (RFB) for the provision of full-scope general contractor services from start-up through close-out for the Structural Stabilization and Repairs Project at Sir Harry Oakes Chateau in Kirkland Lake, Ontario. Scope of Work The Sir Harry Oakes Chateau - Structural Stabilization and Repairs Project includes (but is not limited to) the following full-provisions to conserve / repair and/or rebuild to like-for-like conditions: o Soft- and Hard-landscaping (eg. paving, pathways, stairs, retaining walls, etc.) o Exterior Building Envelope (eg. timber structure, cladding, fenestrations, etc.) o Roofing (eg. modified bitumen, metal, watergoods, etc.) o Foundations o Miscellaneous Repairs (eg. wood repairs, refinishing, and painting, etc.) Documents can be obtained at https://ontariotenders.app.jaggaer.com/ Tentative Award of Contract: April 22, 2024.
