This project will consist of the removal, construction, on-site delivery, excavation, off-loading, and placement of one double pre-cast concrete vault restroom at Clark's Barn PAA. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers on the Public Purchase website or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 1:00 p.m. MT on March 8, 2024. Questions received after 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on March 1, 2024, will not be addressed. Each project valued equal to or above $150,000.00, a bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. The Procuring Agency will release the bid bond if the bidder is awarded the contract; when the contract is executed; and when all additional documentation required by contract is received and approved.
