**As of March 20,2024 project was awarded to Rieth-Riley Construction Company, Inc., awarded amount is $915,072.29.** Maple Road and 21st Street 2024 Resurfacing - 2.611 Mile of Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) Wedging and Resurfacing, Guardrail Modifications and Upgrades, Aggregate Shoulders, and Miscellaneous Improvements on Maple Road from West Fox Farm Road to Merkey Road and on 21st Street from Vine Street to Main Street/Filer City Road in Filer Township. All proposals are to be received on bid forms provided for the project, in sealed envelopes plainly marked "Maple Road and 21st Street 2024 Resurfacing" and bear the name of the bidder. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to accept the bid it feels is in the best interest of the Manistee County Road Commission.
