As of April 22, 2024, this project is in the conceptual phase. An architect has not been selected. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to start prior to March 2025. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: FTZ Warehouse Gutter Repair. In accordance with Section 103D-304, HRS, the Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism (DBEDT), Foreign-Trade Zone Division (FTZ), is publishing this notice to invite persons engaged in providing Architect and Engineering Services to submit current statements of qualifications and expressions of interest for project consideration. Individuals or firms shall submit five (5) copies of their response. The submission shall be organized accordingly The estimated start date for services to specify the repair will be in April 2024, or as indicated in a notice to proceed. The contract start date for technical advisory services will depend on funding availability for the repair, estimated to be secured in September 2025. The contract to specify the repair will be nine (9) months. The contract for technical advisory services will be a multiple year contract, to be determined by the time required to complete the work, with potentially three (3) options to renew at the same price. The State has the right to cancel this solicitation should funding not be made available at any time during this solicitation process. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
