Overview: The City of Foley would like to purchase a modular building to be placed on City property in order to house the Symbol Health Clinic which provides healthcare services to City employees. Location: The building will be located at 211 E Rose, Foley, AL 36535. CONTRACT PERIOD The work shall be commenced within five (5) days of the date specified in a Notice to Proceed to be issued to the Contractor by the Owner, or its authorized representative, and shall be completed within ninety (90) calendar days from and after the commencement date stipulated in said Notice to Proceed
