Career High School Pool Renovations. Question Deadline 03/29/2024 at 5:00 PM ET. soliciting bids from qualified General Contracting firms with significant experience to provide the NHPS with services to renovate the swimming pool at Regional Career High School located at 140 Legion Ave New Haven, CT. The area being renovated consists of approximately 3,000 sq. ft. of an existing swimming pool. project would have to commit to completion of all construction on or before Aug 23, 2024. Project schedule would have to be delivered via email to the NHPS Director of Project Management upon receipt of the PO (contract). MBE/WBE Utilization Form: Required if your base Bid Submission is $150,000 or greater. Bid Bond: Yes Percentage Amount: 5 %. The City reserves the right to reject all Bids which do not meet the requirements of the lowest qualified responsible Bidder. Some reasons for rejection include but are not limited to altered or qualified Calculation Sheet, a non-Web based Calculation Sheet, non-conforming Bid Bonds, incomplete or erroneous paperwork. Unbalanced High or Low Unit Pricing, and/or not habitually performing with the Bidder's own forces.
