1. 360 Tons of Type 2A Limestone 2. 300 Tons of No. 3 Limestone 3. 300 Tons ofAS1 Anti-Skid 4. 5,000 Gallons of Gasoline, Unleaded 87 Octane with ethanol 5. 4,000 Gallons of Clear Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel B2 Blend Each proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check or a Bid Bond in the amount of 10 percent of the bid amount, payable to Upper Burrell Township. Contracts Numbered 24-2 and 24-3 are subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Workers must be paid not less than the minimum wages established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, as shown in the applicable schedule. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The work involves adding a double asphalt seal coat and broom the roads before and after the seal coat to remove all loose aggregates.
