East Park Commerce Center - Badger Road (EM COPPS - CTH "HH") Site Directions: Badger Road from EM Copps Drive to County Road HH Bids are invited upon the several items and quantities of work approximately shown as follows: The East Park Commerce Center - Badger Road (EM Copps - CTH "HH") project work will consist of the following approximate quantities: 4,200 LF of urban section asphalt roadway extension including approximately 8,800 LF of concrete curb and gutter; intersection construction at County Trunk Highway HH; 3,700 LF of sanitary sewer including pipe, manholes, and miscellaneous appurtenances; 5,600 LF of water main including valves, fire hydrants, and miscellaneous appurtenances; 5,000 LF of storm sewer including pipe, manholes, inlets, and miscellaneous appurtenances; storm water management facility; street lighting system; fiber duct system; traffic control; erosion and sediment control measures; surface restoration; cleanup; and miscellaneous appurtenant facilities required to complete construction. No late bid shall be accepted. No bid shall be considered unless accompanied by a bid bond equal to 5 percent (5%) of the total bid price payable to said City of Stevens Point as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file a contract within ten (10) days after such acceptance. All applicable charter and statutory provisions and ordinances are incorporated into the contract. The successful bidder shall be required to conform to all Federal, State and local safety requirements. The Board of Public Works reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. Bids may be held by the Board of Public Works for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of opening of the bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding of the contract.
