Demolition shall include the removal of all structures, all accessory buildings, any slab, footing, piers, pier caps, foundation, pads, deck, porch, driveways, private sidewalks/walkways or other pavement up to the street except for paved sidewalk upon notice from the City Inspections Department. All laws shall be adhered to pertaining to the demolition of a structure. The City of Irving is soliciting bids and seeking to enter into a contract with a single contractor for the complete demolition of a Single-Family Dwelling and related structure(s) as follows: o Dwelling (1032 sq. ft.) o Attached Carport (405 sq. ft.) Please note that Asbestos Remediation is not required as part of this demolition. The property is located at 1833 W. 5th St., Irving, Texas 75060. (DCAD #32288500010010000) These include, but are not limited to, disposal of building materials, dust control, etc. All parking lots, driveways, private sidewalks, bricks, stones, paving, planters, poles and steppingstones on the property up to the approach shall be removed.
