For the supply of crushed traffic gravel for the Rural Municipality of Prince Albert No. 461. Approximately thirty thousand (30,000) cubic yards Gravel may be randomly tested by an independent firm. Specifications Include: Type 105 7/8-inch rock size. Provide cost per yard for 3" crushed rock on an "as needed basis". Gravel would be hauled by the municipal trucks on an "as required" basis. Invoices shall be submitted monthly on the 30th/31st, to the R.M. of Prince Albert office. After final haul of gravel, invoices are to be submitted within thirty (30) days. Each load is to be scaled and weight ticket provided at any pickup location. 'Sieve Samples' of gravel are to be tested during rock manufacturing, reports must be provided to the Director of Public Works or CAO. RM shall be notified prior to crushing for any gravel that is being provided to the RM of Prince Albert. Loader to be supplied by contractor. The following information is required: Cost per cubic yard of traffic gravel (type 105) from contractor pit, with the cost of scaling and loading included. Companies bidding on this tender may provide multiple locations for pick up/delivery of aggregate gravel and priority will be given to companies that have pickup/delivery locations best suited to the RM of Prince Albert road gravel operations. Council reserves the right to accept or reject any bid.
