As of March 15,2024, project was awarded to AAA Paving and Stealing, awarded amount is $176599.60. The work encompasses the repaving and restriping of Kipps Elementary School parking lot, to include entry drive aisle and loading bay area and drive aisle. The work includes the installation of approximately 1,106 tons of asphalt, type SM9.5 AL [limestone (polishing) aggregate], and approximately 4,194 LF of edge milling. Restriping to match the existing layout and pattern markings is also required and shall be bid as lump sum. It shall be the bidder's responsibility to measure and determine quantities for striping. By using a commercial delivery service to deliver a bid, bidder assumes the responsibility for any failure by the delivery service to deliver the bid on time or to the correct office or bid opening location.
