Perez, Purchasing Agent (386) 878-8580 DESCRIPTION OF WORK: All work for the Project shall be constructed in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by Mead & Hunt and the proposed improvements will be awarded and constructed, if award is made, under one Contract. Bids shall be submitted for furnishing, delivering and installing all materials, equipment and services, including labor, for the Work, which generally involves: Removal of existing transformer, silt fence, and construction barrier. Planting of trees. Rehabilitation of parking area. Repair of roadway. Engineers Estimate for this project is $245,000 Contract time is 90 days to substantial completion, with an additional 30 days to final completion.
