Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a 145,921-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.

A. The Work includes but is not limited to the following systems, equipment and services: 1. Fire suppression system consisting of all items indicated by the Drawings and/or specified herein, such as: a. Automatic sprinkler systems (wet pipe systems, dry pipe systems, preaction systems, etc.). b. Sprinkler systems zoned as specified and indicated on the drawings. c. Custom finishes for concealed sprinkler head covers. d. Alarm tamper and flow switches. 2. Division 21 Subcontractor shall install and coordinate devices such as alarm contacts, temperature sensor locations, etc., with the BMCS contractor. See the requirements of Divisions 21, 22 and 23 for coordination and installation requirements. 3. Furnish and install all miscellaneous supports for Division 21 Work and equipment. 4. Furnishing of Coordination Drawings as specified herein. 5. Furnishing of Project Record Documents as specified herein. 6. Furnishing of Shop Drawings, Product Data and Samples. 7. Furnishing of Test Procedures, Test Reports, and Certifications as specified and required for all Division 21 Work. 8. Balancing and adjusting of fire suppression systems as specified herein. 9. Performance and acceptance testing of equipment and systems as specified herein and as required by authorities having jurisdiction. Participate in and provide labor as required for "off hour" testing of equipment and systems if required by job conditions or by the authorities having jurisdiction and as required to obtain the "Temporary Certificates of Occupancy (TCO)". 10. Furnishing of operating and maintenance books. The project includes demolition work, miscellaneous finishes up grades & improvements and related mechanical/electrical work. The bids go to the board of education March 11, 2024, if approved construction will begin after that. The project is tax exempt.
