Scope of Work: RPSB desires to enter into contract for the Tioga High Parking Lot Lighting (RFQ 11- 24-03A). Vendor/Contractor shall make visible inspection and verify measurements for this project. . The deposit of additional sets issued to prime contractors and for subcontractors is 50% refundable after return of quote documents in good condition, no later than ten (10) days after receipt of quotes. Documents are also available in PDF at no charge. Quotes shall be accepted from Contractors who are licensed under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2163 for the classification of Electrical. Contractor is required to comply with provisions and requirements of LA R.S. 38:2212 (A)(1)(c). No quote may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after receipt of Quote, except under the provisions of LA. R.S. 38:2214. Bid Security: No Security Required Performance / Payment Bonds: Should your quote meet or exceed $25,000.00, per LA RS 38:2241, a performance bond of at least 100% and payment bond of 50% is required; If applicable, awarded contractor must secure and submit performance/payment bonds prior to issuance of Notice to Proceed. If quote is not $25,000 or more, no performance/payment bond is required.
