Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Conway, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The purpose of this project is to extend and improve approximately .25 miles of Lower Ridge Rd on new location in Conway, AR. This project consists of Clearing and Grubbing, Earthwork, ACHM Base, Binder, & Surface Courses, Curb & Gutter, Concrete Sidewalk, Storm Sewer, Thermoplastic Pavement Markings, Maintenance of Traffic, Erosion Control Items, and Misc. Items. The attention of bidders is called to the fact that Act 150 of 1965 (as amended), Arkansas Statutes, states that a Contractor must be licensed by the State Licensing Board for Contractors before he may undertake work when the cost thereof in Arkansas is Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) or more. Bidders must register for and submit this bid online. Questions pertaining to this bid may also be submitted on this website. The City of Conway reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, and to accept the proposal deemed to be in their best interest. The City of Conway is not responsible for lost or misguided bids.
