Improvements of the intersection of 1st Street and Spencer Road including traffic signals, 162 SY subgrade, 268 LF curb & gutter, 81 SY concrete pavement, 58 SY concrete sidewalk, and related appurtenances. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
