Renovation of a multi-residential development in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Roof Replacement and Masonry Repointing and Restoration. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or bank cashier's check payable to the Fayette County Housing Authority in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond. The Fayette County Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening without the consent of the Authority. The Fayette County Housing Authority solicits and encourages Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) participation. MBE's will be afforded full consideration of their responses and will not be subjected to discrimination. Bidders will be required to comply with the Authority's MBE Program Goal requirements where applicable
