Renovation of a municipal facility in Scipio Center, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bids are requested for the following Prime Contract: Contract No. 1 - General Construction. This contract shall consist of providing all materials, equipment, and labor to repair and restore exterior concrete masonry walls, repaint all exposed masonry, repair the eroded areas of foundation wall and direct water away from the building, replace vinyl siding at gable ends, replace existing windows and doors, and replace entry doors at Town Office and Town Court. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other bidding documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for bidding documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Electronic download cost and printed copies are at the bidder's expense. Additional charges for delivery and shipping. All bidders are requested to register with Syracuse Blue Print Company to ensure receipt of any addenda. Bidders are informed this project is subject to NYS prevailing wage.
