Site work for a civil project in Folkston, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of April 26, 2024, the project was awarde to Shamrock Construction, but the awarded amount is not available. The Project consists of providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, and incidentals and performing all Work required to construct, complete in place, and ready to operate approximately 9,400 CY of excavation, 48,230 CY of structural fill; 276,424 SF of capillary break, 228,586 SF of low permeability linear base, HDPE geomembrane and leachate collection layer material; 1,430 LF of leachate collection pipe; 100 LF of dual-contained HDPE forcemain; leachate sump station; sediment pond cleaning; and erosion and sedimentation control items. The work will be awarded in one Contract. The successful Proposer for this Contract will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of the Proposal. Camden County reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, which are not in the County's best interest, to waive informalities and to re-advertise.
