Renovation of a mixed-use development in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
All bids must be clearly marked "High School Serving Line", "Atrium Lift" or "High School Hallways". Scope of work -- install new serving line in the high school cafeteria. Minimum specifications can be found at tigerweb.org under the Building and Grounds tab. Atrium Lift --The Beaver Falls maintenance department is accepting sealed bids for a used Atrium Narrow Crawler Boom Lift that can reach 35 to 42 feet. Must be Gas and AC driven and have under 2,800 hours. Minimum specifications can be found at tigerweb.org under the Building and Grounds tab. Project Location -- Beaver Falls High School, 1701 8th Avenue, Beaver Falls PA, 15010. Scope of work -- remove carpet in six high school hallways and sand and polish the existing concrete floors. There is roughly 6,000 square feet of hallways. Minimum specifications can be found at tigerweb.org under the Building and Grounds tab. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 90 days after date of bid opening. Bids will be opened and referred to the Business Office for tabulation and review to make sure all bid specifications are met. Bids will be awarded once reviewed and approved by the School Board and the winning bidder will be notified. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
