Renovation of a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 20,894-square-foot educational facility.

Project, 2023 Eldridge & Falcon Transportation Renovations, with campus locations at the following addresses: Eldridge Transportation - 7600 N. Eldridge Pkwy., Houston, Texas 77041 Falcon Transportation - 11430 Falcon Rd., Houston, Texas 77064 for the Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District. B. The Project(s) consists of but is not limited to: Clean, seal and repaint exterior CMU at bus storage demising walls. Provide lighting controls. Provide generator backed power for all racks in all telecommunications rooms. Replace existing air-cooled chiller. Provide a fire sprinkler system. Add dedicated HVAC unit to secondary telecommunications rooms (IDF). Provide HVAC at all Service Shops (bays). Add circulation fans at all service shops. Add slip resistant coating at service bays. Replace existing metal roof with new. Replace service entrance switch gear separate irrigation meter from existing water meter. C. Project Schedule: 1. Substantial Completion date: August 1, 2025 2. All work at Falcon and Eldridge in office and shop areas, including the roof of the office, shop, and fueling areas at Falcon, to start no earlier than June 1, 2025, and be complete by August 1, 2025. All roof work above bus storage at Falcon can begin no earlier than Spring 2025 and can continue into summer 2025 with completion by August 1, 2025.
