Additional Instructions Modernization of approximately 1,400 SF at the Administration Building. o DEMO: (E) PORTION OF EXTERIOR WALL & WINDOW SYSTEM, (E) CEILING SYSTEM, FLOORING & BASE, AND PORTION OF (E) FOUNDATION SLAB o REMEDIATION OF LEAD & ASBESTOS o NEW WORK: EXTERIOR DOOR AND WINDOW SYSTEM, INTERIOR WALLS, DOORS & FRAMES, CEILING, LIGHTS, AND SUPPLY/RETURN AIR GRILLES. This is a prevailing wage project. OWNER has ascertained the general prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality in which this work is to be performed for each craft or type of worker needed to execute this contract. In order to perform the work required by this contract, CONTRACTOR must possess the following type of license/certification issued by the State of California: Class B license. The Board of Trustees of the Kern Community College District reserves the right to reject all bids and/or waive any irregularities in a bid.
