This Bid is being solicited by Luzerne County for Highway Lighting. This Bid is issued by the Luzerne County Purchasing Department. This contract is to provide all equipment for highway lighting repair as directed by the Luzerne County Engineer and/or his designated representatives. Contractor shall provide adequate equipment, incidentals, and skills to diagnose and repair highway lighting. All traffic control will be provided by Contractor in accordance with Penn DOT PUB 213. When a Performance Bond is required the amount of the performance bond will be fifty percent (50%) of the total cost of the proposal or bid submitted. Luzerne County is soliciting this Bid to secure for a base agreement period of one (1) year with a possible extension of one (1) year.
