Site work for a water / sewer project in Channelview, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes the installation of approximately 6,000 linear feet of new 8-inch water lines and associated work. A cashier's check or Certified Check from a Texas Bank, or acceptable Bid Bond from a reliable surety company authorized to do business in Texas, payable to Harris County W.C. & I.D. No. 21, in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum Bid price submitted, must accompany each Bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will, within 10 calendar days of Award of Contract, enter into a Contract and execute Bonds on the forms provided in the Contract Documents. The successful Bidder must furnish PERFORMANCE and PAYMENT BONDS on the forms furnished with the PROPOSAL, in the amount of 100% of the total contract price.
