Items or services: Repair / Recondition one 50,000 GPM Vertical Turbine Water Pump (P-107). Work includes furnishing labor, equipment, and materials to remove, transport pump to and from contractor's facility, repair per specifications, and reinstall at CWA's Lynchburg Pump Station, 908 Independence Parkway-N, Baytown, TX 77520. 2.1 The owner may elect not to have the work performed for one or all work items 3 through 8 if, after disassembly and inspection, the work is not considered necessary. If Owner elects not to have a work item performed, the corresponding dollar amount will be deducted from the Total Bid Amount. 2.2 BID ITEM - 1: Contractor will provide all, labor, tools, supplies, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision, and permits to repair Pump P-107 complete and operational per this specification. Contractor will dismantle the pump, transport components to and from Contractor's facility as needed, perform inspections, repair, and re-install pump in Owner's facilities in accordance with all specifications herein. Base Bid Item includes all the work covered by this specification except for work detailed in subsequent bid items listed below which will be priced separately.
