Site work and paving for a road / highway in Salem, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This is a project that involves an asphalt 2" grind and inlay in the B-Lane from MP 259.32 to MP 260.24 Eastbound and MP 259.47 to MP 260.36 Westbound. The work will require temporary traffic control and permanent striping. The purpose of this ITB is to establish a Contract for the construction of ACP cold plane pavement removal and inlay, install temporary traffic control signs, construct ACP repairs and perform additional and incidental work as called for by the specifications and plans for the benefit of ODOT. The work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. Each Offer shall be accompanied by (submitted via upload in OregonBuys, except as provided in Section D.4) a certified or cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit issued by an insured institution as defined in ORS 706.008, or Bid Bond payable to the State of Oregon in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Offer. The selected Bidder shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the total amount (100%) of the awarded Contract Price, executed in favor of the State of Oregon, to ensure faithful performance of the Contract and payment for labor and materials.
