The Authority is administering this RFP for qualified firms to submit proposals for Exterior Landscaping Services for Music City Center. It is the Authority's objective to select the best-qualified firm who, in its opinion, will continuously provide top quality service and generally create goodwill within this highquality facility. The final decision of the Authority will be made in its overall best interest. Any anticipated changes or deviations from these contracts should be clearly identified in the response to this RFP. Any contract resulting from this RFP will be for a three (3) year term with a one-time option to extend for one (1) additional two-year term at the sole discretion of the Authority. The Authority is looking to seek offers from qualified firms who are certified to perform Exterior Landscaping Services including but not limited to: A. Scope Detail The scope of work will consist of providing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and services required to provide full professional landscaping maintenance and services. It is the Contractor's responsibility to have visited the work area and thoroughly familiarized itself with all conditions pertinent to the work in total. No additional compensation or relief from any obligations will be granted because of lack of knowledge of the site or conditions under which the work will be performed.
