The Airfield Maintenance Department of the Facilities Division of Charlotte Douglas International Airport ("CDIA" or "CLT") maintains enclosed utility systems on CLT property. Periodic cleaning, inspection and maintenance of closed sanitary sewer, water and storm drain systems of sizes varying from six to 54 inches in diameter is necessary to ensure that proper system operation takes place which protects the health, safety and welfare of tenants, staff, and customers. A component of maintaining system operation is by use of closed-circuit television camera rovers and by pole cameras. CLT desires to select a company to provide cleaning and inspection per CCTV at various locations on an as-needed basis on airport property for the duration of the scheduled contract. 3/8/2024 Submission of written questions due Proposers are advised to carefully read and review the form Contract as they prepare their Proposal. CLT reserves the right to revise the terms of the form Contract at any time during the RFP process and to negotiate different terms with the Company. CLT reserves the right to modify the deadlines set forth in the above table in its sole discretion.
