The Government of the District of Columbia, Office of Contracting and Procurement, on behalf of the Office of Contract and Procurement, Department of Energy and Environment, (the "District") is seeking a Contractor to prepare and advance the Environmental Assessment and Designs for the Rock Creek Park Outfall and Stream Restoration. The Design Contractor shall be required to work with the Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE), National Park Service (NPS), D.C. Water and Sewer Authority (DC Water), the District Department of Transportation (DDOT), the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Baltimore District (USACE), and the D.C. State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO), to prepare and advance the Environmental Assessment and Designs for the Rock Creek Park Outfall and Stream Restoration Project (the Project). The requirements set forth herein contain the entire Project. Work shall be performed in accordance with the District of Columbia 2013 Stormwater Management Rule, DC Stormwater Management Guidebook (2020), DC Water Standards and Specifications (2018), DDOT's Design and Engineering Manual (2019), National Environmental Policy Act, and EPA Clean Water Construction (CWC) requirements.
