Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Gardner, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a retail development; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The City of Gardner is requesting bids for the South Center Trail replacement. The project includes, but is not limited to, removal of 4,677 of existing asphalt trail to be replaced by a 10 concrete trail on an AB-3 base, along with the installation of 2 ADA ramps.
