Appointments may be scheduled by calling (870) 972-5316 or by email to jselig@ceassociates.biz. Online submittal of bids will be accepted for an additional non-refundable charge of $30.00. BIDDER hereby agrees to commence WORK under this contract on or before a date to be specified in the NOTICE TO PROCEED and to fully complete the PROJECT within ninety (90) consecutive calendar days thereafter
