Renovation of a fire / police facility in Manassas Park, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The City of Manassas Park has issued this Request for Proposal ("RFP") to interested, qualified, and licensed contractors in the State of Virginia to replace three, major elements of the current heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) equipment at the City's Police Department, 329 Manassas Dr, Manassas Park, VA 20111. The primary goal of the project is a phased renewal of equipment to begin with the replacement of major, rooftop HVAC components originally installed in 2006 during the construction of the facility. The City reserves the right to enter into competitive negotiations with more than one of the top-ranked proposers, may accept a proposal as submitted, and also reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the proposals and any Last Best Final Offers (LBFO) from the top-ranked firms
