Water Tank Improvements. The Scope of Work Consists of Furnishing All Materials, Labor, and All Activities Required for Performing Miscellaneous Welding Repairs, Repairing a Leak in the Bottom Ring of the Tank Bowl, Blasting and Re-coating the Interior and Exterior of the Elevated Water Tank as Well as Provide the Following Improvements: Replace the Access Hatch, Replace the Roof Vent, Install a Tank Mixing System, and Install a Scada System, All as Shown on the Plans. Encouragement is Also Made to All General Contractors That in the Event They Subcontract Portions of Their Work, Consideration is Given to the Identified Groups. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids
