Deadline for questions is March 7, 2024 at 10:00 am EST. Liquidated Damages: Should the Contractor Fail to Complete the Contract Within the Established Time Limit, or at the Later Date as Authorized in Writing by the Assistant of Purchasing, He/she Shall Pay Liquidated Damages in the Sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) Per Day. The County reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids and to waive any informalities and/or irregularities thereof.
