Reference Number 0000401940 Bid Intent Not Available Bids will be received from qualified bidders only and their bids will include general construction, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, audio/visual and all work indicated by the Bidding Documents. The project consists of: Construction of foundations, and supporting infrastructure, to erect a Tensile Membrane Aluminum Structure over an existing pool. Renovation / addition to an existing structure for new family locker / toilet rooms and related upgrades. Question Deadline 10/30/2025 Questions are submitted online No, Contractor questions will be accepted. An addendum answering these questions will be issued on November 6, 2025. All contractor questions to be emailed to the Architect via, wlong@michaelgraves.com. A Bid Bond will be required with each Bid. The Bond shall be in the sum equal to 5% of the gross Base Bid. A Payment and Performance Bond will be required each in the sum equal to 100% of the Contract Sum. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 60 days after the opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, and to waive informalities.
