Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority ("LRWRA") is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to obtain responses and establish a Qualified Vendors List ("QVL") of licensed contractors ("vendor" or "contractor") for commercial mechanical repair and installation services for future LRWRA projects. It is not possible to forecast LRWRA's needs for mechanical repair and installation services, however, work may include the performance of maintenance, repairs, installation, and construction of all types of wastewater facility projects. LRWRA anticipates projects to range in size and scope. Reference Section 3 -Work Assignments and Bond Requirements of Attachment A. A. Vendors may submit written questions requesting clarification of information contained in this solicitation or questions resulting from the on-site visit. 1. Written questions should be submitted by 4:00 p.m., Central Time on February 29, 2024. Submit written questions by email to the LRWRA buyer as shown on page one (1) of this solicitation. 2. For each question submitted, vendor should reference the specific solicitation item number to which the question refers. 3. Vendors' written questions will be consolidated and responded to by LRWRA. LRWRA's consolidated written response is anticipated to be posted to the LRWRA website by the close of business on March 7, 2024. B. Vendors may contact the LRWRA Procurement Department with procurement-related questions at any time prior to the bid opening date and time. Answers to verbal questions may be given as a matter of courtesy and must be evaluated at vendor's risk.
