The work includes proper removal and disposal of asbestos-containing materials prior to demolition; and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project. - Removal and proper disposal of asbestos-containing materials (ACM The BEP goal for this project has been changed to 10% of the contract bid amount. Abatement shall be com pleted prior to: May 15, 2024 Q/A- Discrepancies or ambiguities in, or omissions from, the proposed Project Manual Documents, which raise questions, will be brought to the attention of Ms. Robbin Blackert, City of Rock Falls and Ms. Heather E. Eckard, Terracon. The questions will be submitted in writing. Questions will be e-mailed to (rblackert@rockfalls61071.com and heather.eckard@terracon.com ). The answer to any question will be addressed by an addendum issued by the Consultant. Neither Owner nor Terracon will be responsible for oral/ verbal interpretations.
