This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This RFQ is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov. Interested SDVOSB must be listed as verified on the Certified Veteran Small Business Pages (VetCert) database located at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/#search to receive contract awards under the Veterans First Contracting Program. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, is soliciting offers for the following: The Department of Veterans Affairs, El Paso VA Health Care System (EPVAHCS), requires comprehensive inspection/maintenance/repair and testing services to include hardware/software support services, software upgrades/updates, and annual preventive maintenance/calibration coverage for the Fire Alarm/Suppression (Wet/Dry) Systems currently installed at the El Paso VA Health Care System. The term of the contract will be for a one-year base period with four additional one-year optional renewals.
