Civil Engineering Services needed for Civil Engineering and Surveying Services for District Wide Construction and General Maintenance Projects Question Deadline 02/28/2024 at 3:00 PM CT During the selection process, the District will rank all statements of professional qualifications submitted, possible interviews/presentations, and select the most qualified firm for recommendation to the Board of Trustees. The District will be conducting in-person interviews the week of March 18th, 2024 - March 22nd, 2024. If your firm is contacted for an interview, additional instructions will be provided. Term of Contract - 36 Months with option to renew yearly This solicitation will initially be for a 12-month contract, and it may be extended twice in one (1) year increments by mutual agreement of both parties for a maximum possible total of 36 months. There shall be no upward price changes for the first year. Upward price changes for subsequent option years may be negotiated, however upward price changes may be cause for the DISTRICT not to exercise a renewal option. Please note, justification for increase must be submitted with renewal. The district reserves the right to award as may be in its best interest. The District may accept or reject any and all options proposed. The district may negotiate with the top proposers. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
