Site work for a golf course in Charleston, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course.
Big Bend Golf Course Slope Repairs Project All Bidders must have a current and valid West Virginia Contractor's License per Section 21-11-11 of the West Virginia Code. A copy of the Bidder's Contractor's License must be submitted in the first envelope and all subcontractors must supply a current and valid contractor's license number to the primary Bidder prior to award. A five percent (5%) Bid Bond or certified cashier's check must accompany all Bids. After Bid opening, a Bidder may not withdraw his Bid for a period of ninety (90) days. Davis-Bacon (Federal) Prevailing Wage Determinations must be used in addition to any State prevailing wage rates. The contractor shall use the higher rate for each job classification (between State wage rates and Davis-Bacon wage rates) for paying labor employed in the construction of this project. The Kanawha County Parks & Recreation Commission will consider informal any bid not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions hereof and reserves the right to reject any and/or all Bids.
